CÉLÉBRATION BRUT
We produced this sparkling wine using the classical method. Fermentation ocurred in each bottle, trapping exotic flavours that linger. The wine was hand riddled and hand disgorged to ensure utmost quality. Perfect for that special Célébration!
Bronze medal, 2007 Northwest Wine Summit (Oregon).
Célébration was produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on our local vineyards, south Vancouver Island.
