GEWÜRZTRAMINER
Gewürz means spice in German so it is no surprise that Gewürztraminers typically taste spicy, usually with a hint of peaches or apricots. Ours has a distinct aroma of roses and lychees with a trace of ginger. A touch of sweetness to the finish. Pairs nicely with fish or spicy foods.
This wine was produced from grapes grown on our small family vineyards, south Vancouver Island:
