PINOT GRIS

Pinot Gris is probably the best known “white” clone of Pinot Noir. The slightly grey pink color of the grape gives a tinge of pink to the wine.  Our wine has been vinified dry, as is the Italian custom, which brings out the fresh full rich peach and pear flavours coupled with an exciting spicy quality and acidity.  Perfect with seafood.

Pinot Gris 2005  “This is exactly the sort of refreshingly edgy white that pairs with Vancouver Island’s abundance of fresh seafood.”
